Day 2 Box Office Collection for Kanguva: The Tamil epic-fantasy movie starring Suriya, Kanguva, had a sharp drop in box office receipts. With an estimated budget of more than ₹350 crore, the movie was shot in seven different nations as well as several regions of India.
The 2024 Indian Tamil-language epic fantasy action film Kanguva (Man with the Power of Fire) was produced by Studio Green in collaboration with UV Creations and directed by Siva. Suriya plays two parts in the movie, along with Bobby Deol, Disha Patani, Natarajan Subramaniam, K. S. Ravikumar, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, Kovai Sarala, Mansoor Ali Khan, Ravi Raghavendra, and Karunas. In the movie, the bond between a bounty hunter and a young child from 2024 and a ferocious tribal warrior and a child from 1070 is inexplicably linked.

After earning Rs 24 crore on its first day of release, Kanguva only grossed about Rs 9 crore on its first Friday. According to the film trade web Sacnilk, this brought the movie’s total box office receipts in India to Rs 33 crore.
