Telugu superstar Allu Arjun was arrested by Telangana Police today in connection with the tragic stampede at Hyderabad’s Sandhya Theatre earlier this month.
One person died and another was seriously hurt in the event.At the time of his arrest, Allu Arjun was seen wearing a hoodie featuring the iconic tagline from Pushpa: The Rule – “Flower nahin, fire hai.”

A video that surfaced online shows the police arriving at Allu Arjun’s residence amid tight security. Initially dressed casually in a green T-shirt and shorts, the actor later changed into his Pushpa merchandise before stepping out.
The clip also captured moments of the actor enjoying coffee with his father, Allu Aravind, and brother, Allu Sirish, as well as sharing an affectionate moment with his wife, Allu Sneha Reddy.
Arjun was then taken to Chikkadpally police station, where a case was filed under sections 105 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) and 118(1) (punishment for causing hurt) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
He was then sent to Osmania Hospital for a health examination.

The stampede occurred on December 5, when a massive crowd gathered at Sandhya Theatre to catch a glimpse of Allu Arjun and his co-star Rashmika Mandanna.
According to the police, the theatre management failed to organize adequate security measures or inform officials about the actors’ arrival.
